There are different levels of challenges to suit individuals , schools, communities and workplaces. For example, as an individual, in Feb 2007 NAPCAN National Office's Kristian organised an in the neighbourhood he grew up in. MORE
At a community level, the are launching their own child friendly challenge:

1. Smile at a child - you were a child once
2. Let a parent with kids ahead of you in the queue
3. Donate your clothing, furniture or toys for use by another family
4. Cook a meal for parents with a newborn baby
5. Tell a child a story from your childhood
6. Ask KiDS what they need to grow up well.
1. Have a class discussion about bullying. Talk about its many forms, and how it affects both the person being bullied and the bully.
2. Ensure all students understand your school's policy and guidelines.
3. Create a team of staff who specifically work with preventing and dealing with bullying in the school.
4. Invite the students in each class to elect two representatives (a boy and a girl if co-ed). These will be a link between teachers and students and be positive role-models, by refusing to participate in any form of bullying.
5. Hold regular meetings with the Class-representatives to monitor and evaluate the strategies
6. Ask students to develop ways that will make the atmosphere in the school friendlier.

3. Hold a barbecue and talk with your neighbours about how to make your street more child friendly
4. Promote local services that provide support and care for children and families
5. Hold parenting nights to support new parents

2. Hold a photo exhibition featuring everyone's kids and families
3. Have a morning tea and discuss how to make your workplace more child friendly.
4. Organise a company picnic for all staff and their families
5. Commit to flexibility so staff can spend more time with their kids
6. Adopt a local school or child care centre .
